An oil separator is a separator of oil vapors from crankcase gases of an engine.
Designed to separate oil vapors and collect them. Favorably differs from iron counterparts, thanks to 3D printing we can produce molds that are not available for iron.


Prevents oil accumulation in the cold part of the turbine, in the intake manifold, cylinder head passages, inlet and intercooler, and also prevents oil from accumulating on the valves and causing carbon deposits.
These oil deposits absorb hazardous dirt over time, which leads to a coating of a mixture of oil and dust.

The heat transfer of the intercooler, the operation of the throttle and sensors are reduced, and can provoke detonation.


On powerful turbo engines, the standard PVC system cannot cope and is often out of order, in which case high-performance oil separators (oil washers) are installed that separate oil from crankcase gases, eliminating these shortcomings.

With a separator installed, crankcase gases with oil vapor first enter the oil separator, where, due to the cyclone and design features, the oil is separated from the gas flow.

After the oil flows into the capacity, and the remaining gases, having dried, are fed into the intake and burned in the engine.
